A number of primary schools in South Lanarkshire are taking part in a PreSTEM Programme and EDT Scotland are looking for assessors to judge the projects.

The project involves groups of P7 pupils who have been working on an energy project for 4-5 weeks. EDT hope the advisors can spare 2 hours to view the teams’ idea folders, view their model and poster and listen to their 3-minute presentation. Assessors will also be given the opportunity to ask questions.

The Celebration and Assessment Days are:

  • Milton Primary School – 30th November, 9am
  • Crosshouse Primary School – 1st December, 1pm
  • Glengowan Primary School – 1st December, Time TBC
  • St Joseph’s Primary School – 3rd December, 9am
  • Craigbank Primary School – 4th December, 1pm
  • Blackwood Primary School – 7th December, 1pm
  • Greenhills Primary School – 8th December, 1.15pm
  • St Blane’s Primary School – 8th December, 10am

Details of the PreSTEM Programme are available as a PDF  Energy in your School – EDT PreSTEM Programme (1.23 MB).
