Scotland’s first national gathering dedicated to university spinouts and the future pipeline will take place on Wednesday, 11 February 2026, at the University of Strathclyde’s Technology and Innovation Centre.
The Scottish Spinout Summit will bring together founders, investors, universities and innovation leaders for a one day event focused on how Scotland can accelerate the creation and growth of companies from its world-class research base. The summit is dedicated to empowering Scotland’s next generation of university ventures and strengthening the national spinout ecosystem.
Attendees can expect a day of insight, inspiration and connection, showcasing Scotland’s most exciting spinouts and the ecosystem driving their success. The programme will highlight leaders scaling spinouts, insights from investors, and how national support fuels spinout growth, alongside opportunities to network and engage with other attendees.
