Glasgow Science Centre is celebrating its 21st Birthday and you’re invited to join in the festivities at their Summer Birthday Party!
Come along to watch Live Science Demonstrations with the brilliant Science Communicators or explore the night sky in the Planetarium with star Astronomers.
Tune into our Live Music sessions throughout the evening with Samba Ya Bamba, or, if pop is more of your jam, head into our Silent Disco and take part in the epic DJ battle of the playlists.
If you’re after something a little calmer, head out into our new outdoor space to soak up the last of the Glasgow sun and see our bubbles float and soar across our wetlands and wild meadows or get your face painted by one of the talented artists from Glasgow’s Give Good Face.
Try your hand with Arts and Crafts and take home a little memento.
Take the opportunity to interact and engage with local researchers to discover where we’d be without science.
Our Café will be serving an assortment of food, drink and snacks to help quench your thirst and refuel for an evening of excitement and activity. There will even be ice cream and mocktails!
Please note: Due to new health and safety regulations, children under the age of 36 months cannot be facepainted, but we will have stickers on hand for the very young people!
Tickets are available on the website priced £7.50 for adults, children and concessions. Under 3s are free, but please book a ticket.
