Halon Entertainment, the Hollywood-based visual effects and animation studio behind Mission: Impossible, The Mandalorian, and Fortnite, is expanding to Glasgow.
Based in Los Angeles, Halon Entertainment specialise in animation and visualisation technology and this will investment will see the creation of a new, state of the art, studio in Glasgow.
They were attracted to Glasgow by its computer graphics, animation, and digital technology; its thriving creative and digital economy; strong support from Invest Glasgow and Scottish Enterprise; and access to local production facilities, training programmes, and screen industry networks.

Their support has been invaluable in helping us establish Halon Entertainment in Glasgow, and we look forward to working together to grow our team and contribute to the city’s growing reputation as a hub for film, television, and gaming production.”
