In 2018, the festival engaged over 50,000 people with Glasgow research, from astronomy to mental health and the environment.
It featured walks, talks, exhibitions, family days, art, workshops, community meals and even yoga sessions.
The festival was recognised as Scottish Festival of the Year 2018 and has grown to become one of the biggest and most accessible science festivals in the UK.
Glasgow Science Festival is the perfect opportunity to dip your toe into public engagement and bring research to diverse audiences. It’s also fantastic for building confidence, meeting new people and supporting impact goals.
Event proposals from all fields, from science and engineering to the arts and social science are welcome.
